City Codes and Neighborhood Alliance Workshop

Applicants in Habitat’s Homeownership Program and members of the community are invited to attend a workshop designed for current applicants in the Habitat Homeownership Program and potential applicants. The workshop will be led by the City of Owensboro’s Joe Sublett.
